Beverly Sibanda Fails To Turn Up For Show ... Promoter Furious ...

Club Veritas owner has come out guns blazing at raunchy dancer Beverly Sibanda over an unfulfilled show over the weekend.

Bev failed to pitch up on the night after Boss Dhara had gone all the ground work for the event to be a success.

Reports reaching H-Metro are that the dancer was double booked on the same night and had to resort to another show at Chikwanha’s Ghetto Blues. However, when Boss Dhara tried to engage Bev over the issue her mobile phone was off and couldn’t be reached until he called off the show. Surprisingly Bev had sent one of her representatives to man the gate takings when the show was about to start.

“I am very disappointed at how Bev conducted her business with me on Saturday. She literally made me look like a fool in front of my guests. She failed to pitch up on the day when everyone had paid their hard-earned money to come and watch her popular dance routines. All I wanted was an official communication and to know her position but none of that happened,” said Boss Dhara. Boss Dhara said he wants his money back from Bev. “I am not taking no for an answer, I just want my money back from her and if need be I will make efforts to get her arrested, ndiri kutongo munzwira tsitsi hangu”.

Contacted for comment Bev’s manager, Harpers, refuted all the claims being made by Boss Dhara saying they never knew of the show.

“I am surprised that this man is rushing to the media making false claims, why can’t he face me as Bev’s manager. We never knew of the show and he never engaged me over my artiste, he is tarnishing her name and it’s bad for our business”. Harpers also said he was only called by Boss Dhara asking him if they were on their way to the show. I told him we were in Chitungwiza and was not aware of the show at Westlea”.

Meanwhile, Club Veritas will tonight hosts Baba Harare and Gonyeti in a weekend opening night.
