According to the court papers, Moyo's son Adrian Moyo was convicted on theft charges.

Sometime in March, Muchoko was in South Africa when she phoned her boyfriend Moyo instructing him to look after her house as there was no one.

Moyo then instructed his son to move to the house and guard it not knowing that he was going to take the opportunity and steal.

When Muchoko returned, she discovered that some of her things were missing namely handbag, necklaces, clothes, cups and pots valued at $300.

She then made a police report resulting in Adrian's arrest and only property worth $150 was recovered.

Adrian had not only stolen his father's girlfriend property, but also from a tenant at his place therefore he was convicted on two counts of theft.
